Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, and we’re committed to making things right if there’s a problem. All purchases are covered by New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your book (physical or digital) is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the CGA. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue (including photos if the item is physical).
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, purchase the wrong item, or no longer want the book. However, at our discretion, we may allow an exchange if the item is returned in unused and resalable condition. In this case, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Digital Products (e-Books, PDFs, Audiobooks)
Digital purchases are available immediately after payment. Refunds are not available once content has been delivered, unless the file is faulty or cannot be accessed. In that case, we’ll provide a replacement or refund in line with the CGA.
Shipping Issues
If your physical book arrives damaged or is not delivered within a reasonable time, please let us know. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as required by the CGA.
